Kimchee slaw recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp finely grated ginger
- 1 tsp sriracha hot sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 6 cups napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- WHISK vinegar with sugar, miso, ginger, sriracha and garlic in a large bowl. Add cabbage, carrots and green onions. Toss until well coated. Let stand at least 15 min before serving. It will keep well, refrigerated, up to a day.
