Kimchee slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp finely grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 6 cups napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 large carrots, grated
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • WHISK vinegar with sugar, miso, ginger, sriracha and garlic in a large bowl. Add cabbage, carrots and green onions. Toss until well coated. Let stand at least 15 min before serving. It will keep well, refrigerated, up to a day.
